PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE ("Terms") CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE SAZAMETH WEBSITE, GIFT GALAXY, OR ANY RELATED SERVICES, CHANNELS, CONTENT, OR PLATFORMS OPERATED BY SAZAMETH (COLLECTIVELY, THE "SERVICE").

By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

01.ABOUT SAZAMETH

• Sazameth is an independent platform dedicated to curated storytelling, animated films, and creative projects such as Gift Galaxy.
• Sazameth provides a platform for the discovery, review, promotion, distribution, and presentation of audiovisual works.

02.PRIVACY POLICY

• Your use of the Service is governed by Sazameth's Privacy Policy.
• The Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, stored, and protected.
• By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood both documents.

03.ELIGIBILITY

1. Age Requirement: You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to use the Service or submit content to Sazameth.

2. Legal Capacity: By using the Service or submitting content, you represent and warrant that you are capable of entering into a legally binding agreement.

3. Minors: Individuals under the age of 18 may not submit content or enter into agreements with Sazameth.

04.RULES AND CONDUCT

You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

1. Submit content that infringes the copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, privacy rights, or other rights of any person or entity.
2. Submit unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, defamatory, obscene, or harmful content.
3. Impersonate another person or organization.
4. Misrepresent your ownership or authority regarding submitted content.
5. Attempt to disrupt, damage, interfere with, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
6. Upload malicious software, viruses, malware, or harmful code.
7. Use the Service for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

You are solely responsible for your conduct and any content you submit to the Service.

05.FILM SUBMISSIONS

1. Acceptance: Submission of content does not guarantee acceptance, publication, promotion, distribution, monetization, or continued availability.

2. Editorial Discretion: Sazameth reserves the right to accept, reject, review, edit metadata, feature, promote, distribute, monetize, remove, restrict, or discontinue any submitted content at its sole discretion.

3. Accuracy: Creators are responsible for ensuring that all submitted information is accurate and complete.

4. Rights: By submitting content, you represent and warrant that you own or control all rights necessary to submit the content and grant the permissions described in these Terms.

5. Permissions: You further represent and warrant that the content does not infringe the rights of any third party and that all necessary permissions, releases, licenses, and authorizations have been obtained.

6. Institutional Authorization: For school-affiliated submissions, you represent and warrant that you have obtained any permissions required by your school, university, institution, employer, or organization to submit the content.

06.CONTENT OWNERSHIP, LICENSING, AND MONETIZATION

1. Ownership: Creators retain ownership of all content submitted to Sazameth.

2. License Grant: By submitting content to Sazameth, you grant Sazameth a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to review, evaluate, display, promote, distribute, publish, stream, reproduce, and monetize approved content through Sazameth-operated channels, including but not limited to Gift Galaxy, YouTube channels, websites, social media platforms, and future distribution platforms.

3. Duration: This license remains in effect until the creator requests removal of the content and Sazameth removes the content from platforms under its control, except where continued availability is required by law, contractual obligations, archival records, or applicable Creative Commons licensing terms.

4. Monetization: Creators acknowledge that Sazameth may monetize approved content through advertising, sponsorships, platform monetization programs, or other lawful methods.

5. Compensation: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, submission of content does not entitle creators to revenue sharing, royalties, compensation, or other payments.

07.REMOVAL REQUESTS

• Creators may request removal of their content from Sazameth-operated platforms by contacting Sazameth.
• Sazameth will generally comply with removal requests within a reasonable period of time.
• However, content distributed under a Creative Commons license may remain available in accordance with the terms of the applicable Creative Commons license and may not be fully removable once distributed.

08.COPYRIGHT POLICY

• Sazameth respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same.
• Rights holders may contact Sazameth regarding infringement claims.
• Sazameth reserves the right to remove allegedly infringing content while investigating complaints.

09.MONITORING AND ENFORCEMENT

• Sazameth reserves the right to monitor content submitted to the Service.
• Sazameth may remove, restrict, disable, or refuse content that violates these Terms, applicable laws, or the rights of others.
• Sazameth may cooperate with law enforcement authorities or legal processes where required by law.

10.THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

• The Service may contain links to or integrations with third-party platforms.
• Sazameth is not responsible for the content, policies, availability, or practices of third-party services.
• Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.

11.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

1. Ownership: The Service, including its design, branding, logos, graphics, text, software, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Sazameth and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

3. Your violation of these Terms.

15.MODIFICATION OF TERMS

• Sazameth reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
• Updated Terms become effective upon publication.
• Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

16.TERMINATION

• Sazameth may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Service.
• Termination may occur at any time and for any reason, including violations of these Terms.

• Conflict of law principles shall not apply.

18.SEVERABILITY

• They supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications relating to the Service.
